everyone, this is kirsti, kirsti...everyone. she has been my best friend since 7th grade. she loves to have short hair and is daring with her looks (as you can see she has no trouble pulling it off). it's wonderful to try something edgy once in awhile...after all, it's only hair.

the moms of both of these girls came to me wanting a short and easy and cute 'do for their littles. i love them for that- for knowing that long hair is not the only thing for little girls! trust me, they hate having it brushed anyway- so i say you might as well make them stylish and make your life easier. and they look so cute.

they are a weird-brainwashed-wannabe royal family. but i love their look. copying katie's hair is all in the styling. that bob is just a short haircut with layers, and could look very mommy and run of the mill if parted down the center and flipped out, like a lot of women get stuck doing. the key is to blow dry in every direction, avoiding the "flip" and parting far off to the side for a sweeping look in the front. and of course, have a man that looks like tom cruise and a baby that looks like suri. that'll help too.
